As Founder and CEO of WebGhat LLC, Niranjan combines his deep expertise in talent acquisition with an entrepreneurial vision to help U.S. startups and high-growth companies tap into India’s thriving talent ecosystem—particularly in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities—for critical roles across Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Customer Success.
Over the course of his career, Niranjan has played pivotal roles in scaling three successful organizations. He has personally hired and led more than 500 professionals across multiple departments—including Sales Executives, SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Sales Operations, and Enablement—making him uniquely skilled at identifying and nurturing top talent for both the U.S. and India markets.
Before founding WebGhat, Niranjan held senior positions at Aon and led sales and revenue teams in both public companies and high-growth startups. He’s managed annual revenue exceeding $50M, overseeing portfolios of over 1,500 global customers. He’s renowned for designing repeatable, data-driven sales processes, implementing operational frameworks, and unlocking sustainable growth even in fast-paced, competitive environments.
Among his achievements is successfully opening a new sales office in Chicago, IL, scaling it from 1 to 35 employees across four departments in under 12 months—a testament to his operational expertise and leadership in high-growth scenarios.
